Where do you ship to? How much is shipping?

We currently only ship within the UK, both through our website or on Amazon UK. We use Royal Mail Signed For shipping options via our website. You can choose to select either 1st or 2nd class and prices are displayed during check out. These are flat rates, however, these may change depending on Royal Mail’s rates.

I bought a product from your online store and it has not yet arrived. Where is it?

We sorry to hear you are having trouble with our order. However, not to worry, everything is tracked, so we can investigate and help resolve any issues immediately. Please email us at or via the website Contact Us page and we will be in touch immediately.

I have a shop/spa/studio/hotel/offices and I would love to sell or buy in bulk your products, can I do that?

Absolutely! We are excited that you would like to include our wellness products as part of your range or to include as part of your business. Simply send us an enquiry via our Wholesale Page and we can discuss our discount rates.

Can the diffusers be used without the light?

Yes, you can turn the light off and still use our diffusers. All diffusers come with a light button, so you can choose if you’d like to have the light on or off.

Can you use any oils? Including citrus oils?

We recommend essential oils to ensure no damage to the tank. Just, add 3-6 drops into the water.

What kind of products do you sell?

We are inspired by nature, science and technology to create beautiful products with real benefits for your mental wellbeing. Currently, we are working within the realm of aromatherapy and home goods to bring you a calmer lifestyle.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our online store accepts payment via direct bank transfer, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) and via PayPal.

My diffuser has stopped working, there is no mist coming out. What can I do?

Our diffusers come with a one-year free manufacturer’s warranty. We can check to see if there may be a technical issue with your diffuser. Please send us a short video to as it will help the enquiry. We will then arrange a free replacement.

It’s important to regularly clean the diffuser tank out to avoid oil residue build-up which may clog the air outtake. Please refer to the instructions booklet included for more tips.

Can you return a product once purchased through the online store?

For our diffusers, we offer a full refund on returns sent back to us within 7 days of purchase. Please note, the diffuser will need to be returned in the same condition as when it was purchased. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns if the product has been returned to us damaged, stained, scratched or otherwise poorly treated. This does not apply if there you find a technical fault with the diffuser when delivered.

For our essential oils, we do not accept any returns for a refund once the bottle cap has been opened and the seal broken.

How quiet is the diffuser?

It’s very quiet; all you hear is a whisper from the mist.
